Looper Deluxe is a personal practice tool for musicians. By using it you agree to the following.
Looper Deluxe helps you practice along with music you already have lawful access to: songs you stream through your own YouTube or Spotify account, or audio files you own. It does not sell, host, or distribute recordings.
Use Looper Deluxe only with content you have lawful access to, for personal, non-commercial practice. Don't record, export, or redistribute copyrighted recordings or stems. You're responsible for complying with the terms of the streaming services you connect (YouTube, Spotify) and with applicable copyright law in your country.
Chord corrections and community versions you submit are factual annotations you license to us to display to other users. Don't submit content copied from other tab/chord services.
Streaming connections (e.g., Spotify) use your own account via official APIs; tokens stay in your browser. We store practice data (saved loops, setlists, preferences) locally in your browser.
Don't use Looper Deluxe to circumvent digital rights protections, to build a dataset of recordings, to scrape or overload our servers, or to submit spam, malware, or content you don't have the right to share. We may block access that abuses the service.
Some features are offered in paid tiers. Prices and inclusions are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and remain active through the paid period.
Looper Deluxe is provided as-is, without warranties. Chord detection is automated and may be imperfect — flagged/unverified charts are marked as such. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes get a new date at the bottom of this page. You can stop using the service at any time, and clearing your browser data removes what's stored locally.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
